Shipping Policy:
We reserve the right to use UPS GROUND as our shipper (depending on weight of your order) This is to help keep shipping costs as low as possible.
We normally ship orders within 1 business day or same day for orders placed Monday thru Friday BEFORE 2PM CENTRAL TIME. On occasion, we can ship on Saturdays. Otherwise, all orders placed after 2 pm (CST) Monday thru Friday will ship out on the next business day. If Monday is a holiday, then your item will be shipped the next official business day. If products are not marked as "out of stock/preorder" and you order an item out of stock, we will ship the backordered item(s) free of charge when the product comes into stock again.
Domestic Shipping:
All orders in the continental United States will be shipped according to your shipping selection unless the package size requires us to send via UPS.
International Shipping:
International orders take longer to process and the your shipping charge is based on weight and location. International Orders will ship via USPS (rates are available online at www.usps.gov) and will be insured up to $100.00 USD. A customs number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed for shipping; however tracking is not an option once it leaves the US. Normally deliver time for USPS will be 3 to 10 business days. THIS IS ONLY A GUIDELINE AND IS NOT GUARANTEED.
International First Class Shipping: This method of shipping is cheaper, but does not come with a tracking number. Usually shipments giong this route take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
For packages that weigh over 2 pounds, we reserve the right to ship the method of our choice or you may be required to pay additional shipping charges.
Please email us for International Shipping Charges for orders over 1 lb and other shipping methods or cost.

Canadian Shipping:
Currently, we cannot provide guaranteed delivery times to items shipped to Canada, due to unpredictable delays in shipment deliveries through Canadian customs.
Price Matching:
We try to keep our prices comparable to other authorized dealers on all the products that we carry. We do our best to stay up on current price trends on the same products that are sold on limitless other websites.
If you do find a lower price on another website we will do our best to price match or to get as close as possible in price.
Please contact us and provide the following information for price matching: Name of the product and the URL (website address) of the product.
We will research the information provided to us and try to match the price listed. We will make every attempt possible to meet your desired price.
We DO NOT MATCH EBAY PRICES as there is usually no warranties or guarantees on items purchased through a reseller site.
Please keep in mind that we do try our best to match, but just like with any retail store, the larger the company, the better the prices will appear to be as they can afford to purchase in larger bulk quantities. .
