Refunds and Returns: Returns Policy Please contact us regarding any returns for a RMA #. In most cases, we we will gladly accept returns that are still unopened and in their original packaging within 7 days after receipt for a full refund minus shipping. If item(s) are returned to us after this timeframe and/or we are not contacted to expect a return, there will be up to a 20% restocking fee and store credit will be given in the form of a gift receipt. If item(s) returned to us are opened, used, or not in their original packaging (and when a manufacturers warranty does not apply) refunds/store credits will not be given. IMPORTANT NOTICES: Shipping costs will not be refunded. To use store credit/gift receipts put your gift certificate # in the comments section on your next order. If you have lost the # simply write that you should have store credit on file and we will locate the # for you. Contact us for a RMA # if you are returning any item(s).
